I think it's important to consider what Arab people think about the situation in the Arab world instead of first thinking what the American people think. Fact is any turmoil over there will result due to what Arab people think, not the American people.

And the bottom line over there is a rising cause of terrorism and one that would not have been had Bush not illegally invaded Iraq. Dean is correct. America is no safer now that Saddam has been captured. You see, Saddam was not the root cause for what it is that we Americans are afraid of. He was made into a bogeyman so that the Bush-Cheney Admministration could pursue war-terror politics in a hoped-for coast to reelection.

I still submit that Bush's reelection will not be easy due to unintended consequences, which I outlined in a previous post this evening. In fact, Dean's best bet is to stay the course of justified and well-deserved attacks upon the Bush presidency, which is a presidency that was questionable by the very manner in which it came about.
