MLOOF - they have 70M cash, but they spend ~20M per quarter on development. They also sold some holdings (?) in Dec quarter to regain cash. With all that said, I am not sure what I am getting if I buy it. Clearly, I'm not getting that cash. :) Not for me. :)

I am not a great E&P investor though. :)
