Few have anything like real power, most are advisory. I mean, how much real power does a Green Jobs Czar have? As far as being confirmed by Congress, get real. Historically speaking, few if any of the 'czars' were confirmed by Congress. Was Bush's Katrina czar confirmed? No. Or any of his other ones? Why weren't you complaining then? Try reality for a change. It might be scary at first, you rarely do it, but you will be a more sane person as a result... And you still haven't come up with a reason why it destroys the Constitution. Asstalking again?
