Cosmo, re. MSCC

I have been long MSCC for 1+ years and am curious to why it's such a great short. I have noticed that they have always had a high short interest, as of dec i think it was about 1.2 mil shares(The co. has only about 3.6 mil shares in the float). I think the reason they have not been as effected by the asian flu is that they are not as exposed as most of the other semis (their main focus being to the space industry) Also they have always traded at a substancial discount to the sector ie. PE of 12-15 while the sector was closer to 25-30.
