I see this as further fufillment of the requirements for a NASDAQ listing, the one requiring two outside directors on the board. If anyone knows if FutureLink has its second required external director let me know. If they dont, I would suspect we would be hearing about another outside director. It would be nice to see a name of a high profiler from one of the companies with which it has formed alliances.

Timothy P. Flynn Joins FutureLink Board

Flynn has agreed to join FutureLink's Board effective May 17, 1999 as

Flynn, 48, is currently a director of MGC Communications Inc.

company's founding in 1992 through November, 1997. Prior to ValuJet,
Flynn co-founded WestAir Holdings, Inc. in 1982, which operated
