Lafayette, I don't think you can really say a private placement itself is necessarily good or bad. If I am not mistaken, THW's cash balances were really depleted, and from what I have seen it is pretty common for start-up companies to issue relatively small amounts of shares on a regular basis to finance development. This is particularly true when the share price is lagging, because you do not want to issue a lot of shares in these circumstances. If and when THW's stock takes off, I am sure they would have a much larger offering. Hassan
