I tried to answer you earlier but was having modem problems. All the characters involved including my self belong to a stock mailing list group. actually 3 of them Greatstocks, Stockpicking and Daytraders. SEXI had not been mentioned much lately but when the bad news came out it triggered the original response from Jeff S.. At any rate I finally got a reply to my question this morning and posted it below for your consideration. What disturbs me is that Michaels was becoming aware of this short interest and the "rumors of an SEC investigation and never bothered to post it. I felt he could have at least done that and the rest of us could have done our own decision making as whether we would maintain our positions. Michaels if I remember correctly works for a stock advisory news letter, but claimed he was posting exclusive of his work association. Seems like a difficult challenge to me.
