IMHO I doubt it. As Hitesh said, I dont think ASND could wait. It looks like ASND got a real good deal as far as cost and the synergies of SRA's computers coupled with ASND's switches seems very, very impressive. SRA has 70% of the switched call market. That is VERY significant. I think LU would welcome this machine that will be started, warmed up, and ready for LU to take and hit the ground running! Pete
