Ron, the $5 is the monthly charge for direct connect which is an add on to the basic digital cellular which I use less than dc.

Probus Publishing out of Chicago published Timing The Market but Weiss Research, P.O. Box 2923, West Palm Beach, FL 33402 is listed as the mailing address for the authors. Perhaps they have some copies available for sale. Or you might call Traders Press at 800-927-8222 and ask if they have it. At a minimum ask for a copy of their catalog.
