I think you are right in your reasoning, Keith. Japan's interest rates have typically been low over the years. The U.S. business man loves low rates. He thinks leverage, where the Japanese business man puts more money away. IMHO the biggest problem Japan has had is inefficient use of money. I suspect the huge conglomerates/banks, etc. they have has something to do with it. When the U.S. public is confident things move forward. Thanks.
