Bush-Cheney made Kim Jong Ill more dangerous. CLinton had him in a box. Now Bushies can only beg the communist Chinese to try and do damage control. Also, Bushies totally lie about North Korea's ability to supposedly launch missiles at us. They have no such technology. All to justify the 100 billion+ wasted on SDI.
