Bush would need a third term to do that.

But he might engineer a 9/11 mod 2.0 to keep him in place because of the emergency.

That would give him enough time to preside over the end of
the American Republic. The key tool is the Voting Machine.
If control of those can be kept in COWBOY hands, then it's a slam-dunk.
