I am amazed and absolutely cannot believe that someone can be barred from INFORMING the 'consumers/ about the techniques being used to predict (read that mnipulate) the stock market.

ANd for the judge to give a temporary restraining order is to prevent someone from benefiting himself and others and trying to provide level playing field against the SHARKS that have and conitinue to screw the general public.

Lawyers, Doctors, Prostitutes.....now you can add Stock market Gurus to the list of people to stay away from.
