E-Toys files for IPO
quote.bloomberg.com

This is not a big name really but I like stocks like this. What is Intel doing in there? I don't know sequoia's record with e-ipos.

Etoys founder and Chief Executive Edward Lenk, 37, is a former director of strategic planning at Walt Disney Co. His company is backed by several venture capital investors. Pasadena, California-based idealab!, eToys' top shareholder, will hold a 25 percent stake after the public offering, according to a recent regulatory filing.

Other investors include Highland Capital Partners, which will hold a 12 percent stake; Sequoia Capital Partners with 8 percent; and DynaFund Ventures with 7.6 percent, the filing said.

Intel Corp., the world's largest computer-chip maker, will also own a 7.6 percent stake after the offering, the filing said.
