Being realistic has not helped me to make any extra money Don. I keep closing out my positions too soon. I did initiate a short position in ATMI about 45 minutes ago a little above 19. I think it will see 16 again if the market sell off accelerates. More from Briefing.com: 2:01PM KLA-Tencor now eyeing August low (KLAC) 34.61 -1.71: -- Technical -- The stock has recently pushed to a fresh session low and is currently a mere $0.44 from an 11-month low established on August 14. The next support of interest if a breach of the August low (34.17) is sustained is in the 33.66/33.46. 12:50PM Semiconductor index pushes through support : -- Technical -- Earlier highlighted support at 323 and it held firm for several hours but the index (SOX 321, -4.5%) has recently taken out this floor. The next floor of interest is in the 320/319.50 area with a stronger barrier found at 316/315. 1:15PM Nasdaq Composite testing support : -- Technical -- The index was unable to take out resistance mentioned this morning (see 10:39 comment) and is currently back testing support at 1360. This marks yesterday's low and the 50 day sma. Failure to hold here initially exposes supports at 1354 and 1345/1342.
