Hitesh, This will eliminate buy out by LU. I think that will be good for ASND, ASND had more to offer to LU than it could gain from LU. After buying (stealing) SRA, ASND will get what it could have gotten from LU. So LU or not ASND will move on independent and more prosperous, one also has to look at valuation of LU. In the long run LU could be headed for some mighty bad correction.
