You have confused a few issues here, Bob. It is one thing to reject a person's belief and quite another to call the person a hypocrite for defending his rights, effectively agreeing with the ACLU that they should be destroyed. Look at the thing like this:

You obviously do not believe in God, and I am not offended by this in the least. I, on the other hand, do not believe in agnosticism, and you should not be offended by this.

Now if I were to send the dogs of the ACLU upon you to force you to act like a theist in public institutions because I somehow felt left out of your atheistic circle, then I would be a threat to you. Otherwise, I simply would be one who disbelieves your religion.

I do not judge you by rejecting the existence of agnosticism. I judge agnosticism.
