I believe KE departure almost certainly tied to significant conflict with board. Note that news release gave NO reason for resignation and did not indicate any future plans for Edwards. No doubt speculation will appear shortly as to nature of falling-out.

I expect stock to move smartly v. soon. I will leave the "direction" call to others who may be in possession of an actual fact or two.

Hope the new acting Chief will soon make a calming statement about the health of the company.

Looks like The Doc's day off is turning out to be action-packed. :-)
