If you knew anything about this subject you would know that EVERY TIME we cut taxes for the rich, the poor prosper.

I don't know about Reagan's day but Bush's tax cuts did not benefit the poor. I posted study after study from reputable think tanks that showed very clearly that the poor did not benefit.....that the rich got richer at the expense of the poor.

I suspect tax cuts to the rich did not benefit the poor back in Reagan's day either. In fact, I think its a scam cooked up by the right to screw this country.
