Jerome, add to that litany that broadband expansion to consumers has slowed. www0.mercurycenter.com In energy just a few months ago there were forecasts of blackouts in CA and $3 gas. Reality is no blackouts since early May and gas is about $1.53 here. I mention that in humbleness because I don't know what to expect either. Maybe the best thing we can hope for is no change since "everybody who wants a _______ already has one". :) Gottfried
