Jgoren, I agree with everything you said. Furthermore I think that some of that put action and the $7 decline was a reaction to what occurred during the last merger -with CSCC. That is, everyone seems to expect the same problems from a $800 takeover to a $4B merger...again notwithstanding some anal-ysts views of the fit. As I see there is only one problem - overhead/employees. And, I said at least twice before if (big IF), during the announcement Mory announces a restructuring and an early retirement package to cut overhead...well then....that, I believe, will address many of the pundits and the stock will recover nicely...assuming a reasonably stable market. OG
