Which development are you referring to? That's a long article. I see though that the latest news is that Russia's acting Prime Minister Viktor Chernomyrdin is said to be rejected by the Duma, which was scheduled to vote on Monday whether or not to keep him.

Looks like this is an hour-by-hour drama.

And Clinton is going to fly Airforce One into this mess?
