When I hear SAP is taking share from Siebel and then Siebel says SAP has been taking share for 10 years, how the heck am I suppose to know what's really going on?

When SAP reports that their CRM sales is the same as a few weeks' worth of Siebel's sales, and when you figure that SAP's accounting allows them to inflate those numbers, you can figure that SAP isn't seriously taking market share away from Siebel.
