Jay, I first bought VLSI roughly 2 1/2 year ago at about 12, then sold most at 34 about 1 year ago. Bought back in last year at 15 and 7. I have been following for some time and I agree with you that management is what needs to prove itself. Please understand that to me the stock and the management are largely one in the same. Also remember however that two analysts do have a strong buy rec. Since stock is ultimately owned by the most optimistic followers, all of the analysts don't have to be convinced for this stock to roar, just a few more than current at the margin. At least that is the Dawgfool philosophy.
