Gary, <Market doesn't work that way. It's always been buy/sell on the rumor.> Not in the case of what the street may consider an il-conceived acquisition. NT dropped on the rumor followed by a freefall on the actual news. Unfortunately, I was there first-hand to witness it. That's why I bailed on most of my ASND position. SRA like BAY is considered a troubled company, loosing money. I sold 5,000 shares but still own 1,500. I have no regrets. When the smoke clears, I will re-establish the position in some fashion. Because I still have a small position, a bounce this week will make me happy, but I'm not holding my breath. Weakness to the low 40's or high 30's will make me happy also, as I steal the stock. Kent
