I think most people acknowledge a genetic link to many behaviors, and especially predispositions to behavior. I think what the PC police do not like, is an assumption that the behavior will exist, because it existed in the parents. That is something you cannot know. Genes being what they are, and their combinations being somewhat mysterious, you cannot assume from the parents, what the child will be. And in humans our behavior is so complex, and determined by so many genes, it isn't as if we can find the genetic link to most of our behaviors yet. The link between violence and head injuries I believe is much more solid right now, than most genes and behaviors. We probably out to track all children who have severe head injuries when they are children, into adult hood- and give them help and intervention before they go off the track.
