The S/P has declined to where the P/E is now at 18. I don’t know how much lower it could go with out hearing some bad news to support a lower price.

JMO, but I think that there would be further downside if there was an announcement of no sale. I doubt that 100% of that premium has been removed. The fact that HTC and RIMM are doing terribly is not going to help.
