Good find Chaz. I see PRGN is on the watch and wait list. I doubt PRGN's story---financial engineering to make results appear better than they are, is very unique. In my opinion, the predominant culture of Silicon Valley has become all about upper level executives grabbing as much money as fast as they can and the hell with the long term outside shareholders---who end up being the bagholders. The PRGN story is also illustrative of how truly difficult it is to predict the future of technology companies. It is all very well to crow about "looking through the windshield" versus taking a hard look at current or past results, but the facts are even the smartest and most knowledgeable of tech visionaries such as George Gilder have proved to be wrong more often than not about where most of the tech companies they touted would end up.
