That road has already been walked, DMA. That was the whole purpose of the Meese Commission in the 80s. They failed to establish a "clear and present danger" correllation.

Unless it can be shown that viewing a certain kind of pornography elicits a clear increase in violent disposition in its viewers and/or that increase in violent disposition has an immediacy that makes it obvious that pornography represents an obvious public danger, then the law falls on the side of not impinging liberty.
