Facts: 1. ASND price is mostly on its own merit and very little due to LU buyout. 2. LU buyout is well and alive whether ASND buys another company or not, LU can always buy ASND and sell the pieces it doesn't need. 3. Friday's selling was purely based on panic and lack of information rather than based on analysis of factual data. I believe ASND will bounce back and reach to at least 60 the end of October.
