Hi Dwight - You are right! Going through my charts I see two important resistant areas. The first is at $11 5/8 and the other is at $12 3/8. I also note that the 200 day moving average is now at $12. So perhaps Joel was on to something as you indicated MAJOR RESISTANCE at the $12 3/8 - $12 1/2. I believe he calculates it at $12.40 area.

As always the key to any significant technical move is a break out above these levels on significant volume.

We will have to watch next week and see how it plays out.

Dwight, the real story next week will be any announcement of a merger or buy-out. If this occurs, I'm sure you will see the stock break above these levels <<Right Joe!....very complex but I bet it has something to do with Bastian's, Alan's and Norida's combined 17% stake in Novell >>
