When Mr Softie spends more money on share buy backs than on R+D
there is probaly not much more upside in the stock price based on the SW biz.
$9.08B in Cash and $3.1B in Share Buybacks $1.4B in R&D in the first 9mnths of FY end Jun 30 97.
