He was getting his money in two weeks from the start of the program. He was meticulous in filling out the paperwork... and always got the money in a timely manner. Those that were not, didn't. Either you or he is making shit up. There is some reason these funds have not been paid out in a timely manner and isn't all the fault of the dealerships.
