Yeah I figured you will disagree on the treatment of FCF. That's fair.

I figure there was a margin of safety built into the low returns I was pricing in so I do expect somewhat better numbers. But ideally I would love to see 15% with conservative returns priced in as you would like. Just not that many out there. Care to share any names? Will take a look at your prior posts since you've probably already shared them. Thanks.
