I don't agree with your analysis at all. I also don't agree with the people suggesting you quit complaining. If people didn't complain about what they see a s insufficient service, there would be no incentive for the company to improve. However, I think that your complaints have more to do with the service offered not being adequate to your needs, than anything else. As you and I have noted in other posts, E*Trade services are fine for me, but not at all for you - we have completely different trading styles and different needs. It would be like trying to use a BMW to haul trash - a BMW is great car, but totally useless for hauling. I'm not saying E*Trade is the BMW of online services <g>, only that it works great for my needs.
If they want to keep the high volume traders as customers, E*Trade obviously has to make changes to their offerings and service quality. |
