Brenda: Unfortunately I found this stock on Thurdsay instead of Monday. Because of the run up over the last two days. I've been particularly focused on doing some DD. You have posted intelligently on this thread for a while. Please help me with one problem I have. This company appears to have some very useful technologies which will translate into money. Moreover, those technologies are timely - they fit needs in areas in the public eye (e-coli, evirnomentally friendly, etc.). However, the company is seriously cash poor and even admits in its last 10K and 10Q that it can not survive 1998 without additional capital. I note they have done a Reg S offering in the past (indicating a willingness to do it again) From my expirience the market hates Reg S'). My question for you and others is how is this company going to generate the capital to survive until its technologies are commercially viable? To avoid attacks as seen on other threads, I have no position in this stock now. I am not short and have never shorted a stock. I am considering buying on Monday if I can satisfy my concerns over the weekend. Thanks for your help.
