The SDAR's model would look a lot better if they could reduce CPGA down to $60 and a one year contract, which is a long way from the current CPGA figures.

For this statement to make sense, it has to be taken in the context of other operating expenses, particularly as classified by fixed and variable.

What do you believe the annual per-subscription variable cost to be for XM subscriptions?
