The fat lady should have croaked by now.

There are still law suits pending on this, but nothing to protect the shareholders. I find it hard to believe that the SEC has let it go this long. BK was filed a long time ago. Creditors were not paid, even employees were let go without final pay or expenses, assets missing or mysteriously disappeared.

Worst investment I ever made.
