Rocky/All: Several persons have asked about the hearing on a preliminary injunction against Nomai, the case in San Francisco. I also recall someone posted a message about an analyst commenting, the morning that KE's resignation broke, something to the affect that it was because of two things, losing the Nomai litigation and the $100M campaign. As far as I know, the Nomai litigation has yet to be lost. Was he talking about the Dutch Court's preliminary ruling? Did anyone have any info on what ever became of the hearing or any analyst commenting on losing the Nomai litigation? Rihard James
