Interesting the "problem" you had with Q+. When I ordered mine they were right up front with the pricing, stressed it as a matter of fact. Maybe you just had a dumba salesperson.

p.s. You will like what you get I'm sure. It's quite a tool. Gary, his staff and the beta testers really did a good job.
