I have nothing against Burgess. What the hell does the fact that he just had a baby, etc. have to do with anything? I wasn't aware of it and it's completely irrelevent.

I pointed out the FACT that he said that he expected the audited financial statements to be done by the end of March, and the FACT that it is now past the end of March, and that has not come to pass.

Burgess is a representative of the company. He, and the company, should be held accountable for statements they make.

Did he make a "promise"? Some might say yes, some might say no. Did he lie? I'd say no, since nobody can predict the future. Should be be even more wary of NETZ as a result of missing this date. YES.
