Try to find something positive to do to help.

Innocent people are dying by the 10's of thousands right now. Appx. 6,000 have been standing in no-man's land between Kosovo and Macedonia in the rain for 3 days with no food or shelter. For 2 days the Macedonian border authorities would not let a relief truck with supplies drive 1 KM to provide them food.
