<<there are very few outside the USA that support
the creepy way Starr & the Republicans try to kill Clinton>>

Probably true, but somewhat irrelevant. What I would like to know, is if the people outside the U.S. feel that Clinton is trustworthy enough to make treaties with or if you believe he would follow through on any promises of economic aid or other support.

<<In the USA Clinton got support from Gore and others after he
made his apologize and admitted that "he had sinned". >>

Not exactly true - he already had Gore's support. Gore just felt it was a better move politically to wait until after the Aug. 17 speech to go public. I doubt any of what Clinton (or Starr) has said or done has actually changed anyone's mind in the U.S. What people say publicly has very little to do with what they think privately.

<<The events that triggered a broad-based support for Clinton
outside the USA were the disgusting and below every level
decisions to put the Starr-report on the Internet and give
the videos to the press. >>

Many people here agree, but that really didn't affect their opinions of Clinton. The issues here seem to be completely political, and to a very small degree, moral. If you like Clinton, then Starr and the Republicans are evil and do bad things. If you don't like Clinton, you support Starr and the Republicans and base their actions on an inability to show the real Clinton to the public using any other tactics. There is very little being done by either side that has not been done many times here before. The only difference is the level of publicity and the potential outcome. In the past, impeachment wasn't an issue because the mud was being thrown at a Congressman or a Cabinet member.
