Ours swears he's doing his job and defending the state's attempts to stop vote fraud, but somehow he keeps losing in court. For the third time, a superior court judge in Atlanta has struck down legislation that requires voters to present photo ID at the polls. The decision this time essentially said that requiring ANY particular forms of ID amounts to an unconstitutional barrier to voting. The AG says he'll appeal. We'll see.
