Facts are facts --- perhaps in the future you should make a habit of actually reading the articles you post! Yes, the establishment Republicrats have written the local rules for campaigning --- just as a cartel or middle ages trade guild would be expected to --- so as to favor their own interests... and throw up high barriers to any popular opposition rising up. Bureaucracies may always be expected to behave as bureaucracies --- defend their own interests FIRST.
