Hey Grayhairs; as I see it the pricing of the warrants does two things: a)It tells shareholders that the share value will skyrocket in the not too distant future.(Something they can't say directly) b)It means that the company will get a much better price for treasury shares than they would in a private placement. Since a private placement would not likely get that kind of premium over today's prices. Which is excellent news for us shareholders. Worst case scenario is they do a private placement and we suffer further dilution. All in all a smart strategy by management. A bit tight time wise. But that's what make's life interesting!
