Bert I think your point is correct, barter transactions are usually based on Retail rates. In terms of rooms, Rack rate. It would be easy to inflate the value of the company in order to obtain minimum asset requirements by NASDAQ, ITEX does hold a substantial amount of inventories at times some of which is somewhat subjective in value. However this really does have little affect on the operations and income unless converting such inventories to cash.
