Hi Joe..About Insider Trading

Here are the latest activities:

Name Type Date Shares Price Holdings

WISE STEPHEN C S 10/07/96 15,000 11.22
BRADFORD DAVID R S 10/04/96-10/07/96 11,000 11.18-11.50 43,534
BRADFORD DAVID R X 10/04/96-10/07/96 16,000 3.12 43,534

S:open market sale X:exercise options

Note that Wise left the company in early October 96 and sold all his
shares. Bradford is the only insider who has been selling cosistently
during 1996. Also note that these sales took place in early Oct.
Buyout rumors started on 11/08/96. In the final analysis, insiders
have been accumulating shares since March 96 (net accumulation is
400,000+ shares. Also, another surprising item is that all insiders
who left (with the exception of Wise) have not sold their shares.
Something to think about.

About IBM-MSFT, isn't this article similar to the one we read recently
in VarBusiness?. You indicated that this is a part of IBM plan to
provide solutions/service for all platforms, or, Did I miss
something?.

Regards

Salah
