I'll bet you a lot was learned from the Cascade acquisition and the same mistakes will not be made again. Seems to me the way this company is now being restructured with focused business units will go a long way to smoothing this process along. I would guess that sizeable allowances have been made too regarding the disposal of the unwanted "Chaff" from the wheat. Mr Ashby is a smart guy and will have done the math.
