I understand he is back in tomorrow or Thurs, and that he IS planning on putting out a "wire" (I'm guessing this means research call) on WCII. I'm trying to determine if Legg might ALSO have been involve in the '95 convertible debt.

In determining the current dollar value, starting at $75MM, they accrue at 14% per annum to $147.1MM on Oct. 15th, 2000. Does anyone know if this is accruing monthly?

(sorry if any of this is now redundant - I started this message earlier and got caught up in other stuff)
